Volunteering

Volunteers We occasionally have volunteers out to help on the farm.  It's a great way to get an introduction to farming and see if it's for you.  Volunteers typically help with large harvest activities, crops such as garlic, potatoes, onions and sweet potatoes. They have also helped with light construction projects and planting cover crops.

How to VolunteerPlease inquire via e-mail, SassafrasCreekFarm@gmail.com.  Let us know what your areas of interest are.

What better way to learn about local agriculture and experience a working farm and have some fun?!
